The Only 'Vacation' I've had this year

My 'trip' next door to the KOA, and Mike and Sopy at Black Lake, right in back of his house....Right now I'm planning a trip to the back yard, to feed the chickens....

These photos were taken of Talon and Monica (and Tinkerbell too) right after Talon's bath....   Usually he's covered in mud 10 minutes afterward, so we decided to take his picture so we could remember what he looks like clean!

 This is Mike and Sopy - inseparable.  But on August 12, 2011 Sopy was hit by a car going 60 mph on Hwy 101 in Tokeland, WA.  Broken rib, fractured lumbar vertebra, cuts and scrapes on her face, body and legs Mike took her to Vetter's Animal Hospital in South Bend where she was in intensive care for two days.  She is now home and on medication and will be spending the next 6-8 weeks confined to a small cage where she can heal without further damaging her back.
